About the course

This course is to provides the skills and knowledge needed to manage practice and lead others in adult health and social care provision or in children and young people’s services. It is most suitable for senior practitioners who would like to develop their career but wish to remain active practitioners in the management framework. To study this course, you will need to be working in the role of Deputy or Manager in an appropriate setting or have the opportunity to carry out responsibilities associated with these roles. Learners should be at least 18 +
Learners will need to be working in the role of Deputy or Manager in an appropriate setting, or have the opportunity to carry out responsibilities associated with these roles
